Established as a family business in 1922, we are now in our 100th year of trading, and NICEIC approved contractors since 1983. Initially led by the insightful direction of Managing Directors Nicky Giannandrea and Mario Giannandrea, we've established a robust reputation for reliability and excellence.
As of September 2022, the leadership baton has been passed to Paul Giannandrea and Melanie Gray, the son and daughter of Nicky Giannandrea, respectively. With Paul's more than three decades of expertise since joining the company at age 16, coupled with Melanie's 15 years of committed service, we continue to uphold our century-long legacy of quality and customer satisfaction.
Where we operate
Located in the bustling centre of Stirling, we're local to all areas in the central belt. We are also an approved contractor to the City of Stirling, focusing primarily on industrial and commercial installations, either directly or through a main contractor.
